We both grew up in small town East Texas in a city named Longview, where our values and ethics where shaped. We met in school and lost connection after high school and for over 20 years, only to reconnect and figure out that we were what both of us were looking for in a spouse. We have 2 amazing daughters that are the joy of our lives and the reason we work so hard. Fort Worth, TX is where we call home currently and we are building our dream by helping other agents find the same passion for helping their clients across the country.

Marty founded the company back in 2010 and is passionate about helping our clients protect what's most important them. After working in this industry for over 16 years, his deep understanding of our products help guide our clients in making the best decision for their specifics, and train our agent force to do the same.
Diana Doggett - CFO
Diana is passionate about numbers and making sure they are the best we can find for our clients and our agents. She helps our agents learn to make the best choices in carriers to provide the most coverage for our clients.
